Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect from us to prepare you for ownership.
At-Home Training
First, we’ll introduce you to the basics of our brand and business model with at-home training that you can complete on your own time. This web-based program is made up of a series of modules. You’ll work through them at your own pace with our support. The purpose of the at-home training is to prepare you for the classroom training you’ll soon attend. We’ll build a strong foundation so that when you join us at our headquarters, we can dive right into next-level topics.
Classroom Training
You’ll join us at our headquarters in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho for nine days to learn directly from our team of experts. During the classroom training, we’ll dive into the details of how to operate a healthy sandwich franchise with Pita Pit. Topics to be covered include food preparation, finding great employees, cleaning and safety procedures, bookkeeping, and so forth. We’ve spent years helping new franchisees get their restaurants up and running, and this experience has informed our training program – we cover the topics that you’ll need to know best. We know you’ll have lots of questions, so we’ve built in plenty of time for Q&A and one-on-one sessions. By the time you leave our headquarters, you should feel well-qualified and prepared to hit the ground running.
One-On-One Guidance
The classroom training is jam-packed with information, but we know there’s a difference between learning and doing. That’s why one of our experts will join you right at your own healthy fast-casual franchise location to help you apply what you’ve learned. Your Systems Specialist will work one-on-one with you as you prepare for opening, helping to ensure you’re correctly implementing our policies and procedures. They will also help you properly train your staff so that your team works like a well-oiled machine. With their help, you should feel confident that you’re ready to rock at your grand opening.
Ongoing Training
One of the best parts of franchising with a national brand like Pita Pit is that we’re always looking for new ways to improve our operations. For instance, we implemented a state-of-the-art online ordering system that allows customers to place orders for pickup at their nearest franchise. When we introduce developments like this, we provide our franchisees with the training they need to take full advantage of the benefits.
