As a Pita Pit franchisee, you’ll take part in a comprehensive training program that’s designed to prepare you to operate your new restaurant. We know that learning and doing are two separate things, so we send one of our Systems Specialists directly to your location to help you apply what you’ve learned as you prepare for opening. The Systems Specialist will help train your new staff and get everything in great working order. They’ll also get to know your area in order to design a customized marketing strategy for your healthy fast food franchise. Once your grand opening is over, you’ll be left to manage your business on your own. However, we are always just a phone call away to provide you with guidance and feedback. Best of all, your Systems Specialist will return periodically to check on your progress.
